Before you jump straight into doing 5 minutes, practice with doing 2-3 laps. Here's your goal. get at least 20 squats a minute. So for 2 minutes, 40 squats. for 3 minutes, 60 the squat. Obviously, if you do them for 5 minutes you'll need to do 100 squats minimum.
